This field-based role covers the Aarau-greater Zürichsee region, where you will work closely with surgeons, operating room teams, and hospital stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions that transform patient care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive sales and product advice in the clinical field of general surgery.
  • Systematically plan and organize your field service activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, operating room staff, buyers, and other decision-makers.
  • Strengthen existing product lines and introduce product innovations.
  • Organize and implement training events for medical professionals.
  • Achieve sales targets in terms of market penetration and sales.
  • Develop and implement sales and action plans in cooperation with the sales manager.
  • Represent the business unit at congresses and events.

Your Profile

  • Fluent in German and English, with a strong sales-driven mindset and excellent execution skills.
  • High customer orientation and result-driven personality.
  • Strong negotiation skills with confidence in closing deals.
  • Determined, self-motivated, and willing to perform.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Flexible and willing to travel within your region.
  • Creative with an openness to change, embodying an independent and entrepreneurial spirit.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in general surgery and familiarity with clinical workflows.
  • Sales experience within medical devices or a clinical environment.
