Your Future Team

You will be joining a close-knit group of four at the Marktgass-passage, Breitling boutique in Bern. This role is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of Breitling, sharing the brand's rich heritage and showcasing the craftsmanship of our exceptional timepieces.

Your Contribution

• Maintain boutique standards with a strong focus on cleanliness and an appealing presentation.
• Capture meaningful customer data for relationship building and personalized experiences.
• Participate in client and company events as required.
• Continuously enhance your product knowledge through proactive research and training.
• Stay informed on industry news, technology, and key market competitors.
• Support Boutique Management in upholding health and safety requirements.
• Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Apply visual merchandising guidelines effectively.
• Organize back-of-house stock storage to maintain efficiency.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the spirit of a highly motivated team.

Your Profile

• Experience in a similar role within the watch industry or related fields such as hospitality or fashion.
• A Retail Specialist formation diploma (Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ).
• A strong ability to build and develop client relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills with a capacity to understand diverse needs.
• A team player mentality that thrives in collaborative environments.
• Current knowledge of trends in the luxury industry.
• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in French is an asset.
