Position Overview

In collaboration with the division head, the individual will oversee the provision of services related to driving rights. This role includes managing case managers and super users, as well as handling the administrative HR management of legal advisors and consulting doctors, ensuring quality service delivery in line with defined standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the management of administrative measures and ensure the effective delivery of services.
• Lead case managers and super users within the administrative measures department.
• Administer HR management for legal advisors and consulting doctors.
• As a process leader, monitor and control the quality of services provided.
• Engage in operational activities within the sector alongside case managers and provide support in reception duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Commercial certification (CFC) is required.
• A background in management is preferred.
• Five years of professional experience as a case manager in public administration.
• Four years of experience in team management is an advantage.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Familiarity with standard office tools is necessary.
