Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Biomarker Discovery and Bioanalytics team. This role will be essential in supporting our preclinical and clinical programs through critical analyses, including drug quantification, immunogenicity assessments, and the development of state-of-the-art biomarker assays.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive range of bioanalytical assays utilizing various platforms, including medium to high sensitivity immunoassays (e.g., SIMOA, MSD, ELISA).
• Create immunohistochemical and biochemical assays across multiple matrices, including blood, CSF, and tissue samples.
• Conduct preclinical pharmacokinetics (PK), anti-drug antibody (ADA), and biomarker studies.
• Qualify established assays in accordance with regulated guidelines (GxP).
• Evaluate, interpret, and report research results accurately.
• Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain thorough documentation of work.
• Facilitate method transfers to both internal and external collaborators.
• Implement robust laboratory processes to enhance workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in in vitro assay development, ligand binding assays, troubleshooting, qualification, and validation.
• A solid understanding of regulated environments (GxP) is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple parallel projects effectively.
• Proficiency in English is required.
