Release Manager

Lead Release Strategy and Cross-Functional Coordination

Drive the development and management of comprehensive release plans across multiple Product Owner (POD) teams. This role involves defining release deliverables, features, and timelines while ensuring seamless alignment with client processes. You will facilitate critical workflows including data availability, architecture approvals, and risk and compliance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate dependency planning and scoping across various PODs to ensure synchronized delivery.
• Identify and resolve dependencies and conflicts between teams and PODs.
• Support the prioritization and approval processes for environment setup and data availability.
• Manage risk mitigation strategies and participate in Go/No-Go decision-making processes.
• Communicate release status and decisions effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Required Expertise

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience with release orchestration and automation tools.
• Familiarity with MLOps and DataOps tools, such as MLflow and Airflow.
• Proficiency in version control and configuration management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
• Strong risk assessment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Knowledge of Data and AI project concepts.
