Your Role and Responsibilities

As a vital part of our luxury hotel operations, you will be responsible for a range of services ensuring our guests experience the pinnacle of hospitality:

• Welcome, orient, inform, and advise our esteemed guests.
• Present and promote the services available at our Restaurant, Bar, and Spa.
• Assist in preparing arrival documentation, including guest files and rooming lists.
• Handle administrative formalities related to arrivals and departures.
• Manage billing and payment transactions efficiently.
• Provide information about the services offered by our Collection.
• Promote our Collection's premier destinations to guests.
• Accompany guests to their properties, adhering to our elevated standards.
• Assist with guest luggage when necessary.
• Handle reservation requests with precision.
• Manage guest inquiries and complaints courteously and effectively, collaborating with various departments.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with our clientele.
• Support the updating of client information in the system.
• Facilitate external and internal phone communications with professionalism.
• Conduct property tours as requested by superiors.
• Be available for night shifts if required by management.
