Your Mission

• Customer Complaints and Corrective Actions: Manage complaint resolution, corrective action reporting, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Reliability and Risk Analysis: Conduct MTBF assessments, evaluate defect rates, and devise risk mitigation strategies.
• Supplier and Process Quality: Ensure material compliance, enhance processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Product Development & Compliance: Participate in FMEA assessments, conduct internal audits, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Educate teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologies.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanics, electronics, micromechanics, physics, or a related field.
• Initial experience in development, production, or supply chain within the semiconductor, automotive, or aeronautics industries is advantageous.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, and Seven Quality Tools.
• Familiarity with LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards.
• Strong command of Excel.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
