How You Can Make a Difference

Contribute to our mission across three key areas:

• Research and Development: Develop safety concepts for development projects and ensure the standards compliance of developed products. Plan and execute product safety tests within the project team, including environmental simulation, safety tests, EMC tests, transport tests, and biological safety tests. Manage product approvals in accordance with EU directives and international standards such as CSA, UL, IVDR, GxP, and the Machine Directive. Collaborate with Reno (USA) on approvals like CSA, FDA, and UL for new global product developments. Train employees in the area of regulatory compliance.
• Sustaining: Maintain the currency of the standards status for all standard devices. Take responsibility for re-inspections following product changes or standards updates.
• Customized Solutions: Ensure safety standard compliance for customized solutions.

What You Bring Along

• A completed degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical field (University/University of Applied Sciences).
• Experience in quality management and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IVDR 2017/746, GxP, FDA) and the ability to ensure regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Solid knowledge of machine, low-voltage, and EMC directives.
• Knowledge in project management.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Accurate, quality-oriented, and independent working style.
• High organizational skills, conflict resolution competence, and assertiveness, even in demanding projects.
• Excellent communication skills in an international environment.
• Very good German and English skills in both spoken and written form (Level C1).
