Your Role

We seek an autonomous and proactive individual with exceptional communication and organizational abilities. We value a structured approach to work, complemented by strong problem-solving skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Complaints & Corrective Actions: Manage the resolution of complaints, report corrective actions, and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Reliability & Risk Analysis: Conduct assessments such as MTBF, evaluate defect rates, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Supplier & Process Quality: Ensure compliance of materials, optimize processes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Product Development & Compliance: Contribute to FMEA assessments, participate in internal audits, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Educate teams on best practices, compliance, and quality methodologies.

Your Background

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanics, micromechanics, physics, or a related field.
• Initial experience in development, production, or supply chain within the automotive, semiconductor, or aeronautics industry is an asset.
• Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies including FMEA, functional analysis, and the Seven Quality Tools.
• Knowledge of LEAN Six Sigma, DMAIC, ISO 9001, and international quality standards.
• Strong command of Excel; familiarity with Minitab is a plus.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
