QC Analyst II (80-100%)*

Role Overview

This opportunity involves a pivotal function in maintaining the quality of products at our Schweizerhalle (Pratteln) facility in Switzerland. The position requires meticulous management of critical samples and detailed analytical data to inform our release decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and split analytical samples while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Accurately manage the storage and timely release of retain samples.
• Archive analytical raw data to ensure complete traceability both internally and externally.
• Support the Temperature Monitoring System (TMS) as needed.
• Maintain readiness and oversee equipment used in sample administration.
• Serve as a backup for sample management operations based in Basel.
• Initiate inspection lots in SAP, which includes managing retests, tank deliveries, and gases.

Essential Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Thorough understanding of Good Documentation Practice and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating accuracy and reliability.
• Proven collaboration skills with Manufacturing, Quality Control, and external partners.
• Proficient in SAP for order generation and quality-related activities.
• Fluency in German, with strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, preferred.
