Key Responsibilities

• Author and execute qualification/validation documents (IC/OC, IQ/OQ, etc.).
• Conduct qualification tests for Water-for-Injection.
• Execute IQ/OQ/PQ for various equipment.
• Perform mechanical completion and IOV testing for systems.
• Serve as Central European Safety Officer.
• Author IOQ documents for over 45 systems in API manufacturing.
• Conduct system impact assessments for vial filling lines.
• Coordinate Turnover Package documents for utilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment (GMP).
• Background as a QA Qualification Engineer.
• Familiarity with FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ activities.
• Proactive with strong communication skills; able to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); German speaking ability is a plus (Swiss German preferred).
• Professional experience in Europe/Switzerland; availability to join our dynamic team is important.
