Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Manage small to medium-sized system projects, overseeing end-to-end CRM system initiatives, including concept development, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Standardization: Define and enforce CRM best practices, processes, and standards across business units, ensuring consistency and scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the service network, various service business departments, internal IS team, and external CRM specialists to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure business needs are met.
- Specification & Documentation: Create clear functional and technical specifications, project plans, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Rollout & Adoption: Plan and execute system deployments, including training and change management initiatives to promote user adoption.
- Benefit Realization: Track, measure, and report on business impact, ensuring CRM initiatives achieve expected outcomes, including enhanced efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- University degree in Industrial Management, Information Technologies, or a related field.
- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills.
- Extensive understanding of service business processes and systems.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is an asset.
- Project management experience; knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, with Green Belt preferred.
- Capability to lead interdisciplinary and international project teams.
- Familiarity with Operations Processes, Operational Excellence, and Digitalization.
- Preferred knowledge in SAP4/HANA and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Self-driven, team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
