Your Challenges

• Procurement of necessary components and assemblies, both internally and externally.
• Creation and approval of manufacturing orders and purchase orders.
• Scheduling of orders considering capacity and material availability.
• Monitoring delivery dates, costs, and inventory levels.
• Creation and follow-up on deviation orders.
• Maintenance of master data and open order plans.
• Main point of contact for production, internal departments, and suppliers.
• Providing administrative support to supervisors.

Your Qualifications

• Technical or commercial vocational training; further education (e.g., process specialist) is an advantage.
• Professional experience in production planning, scheduling, or purchasing.
• High resilience, initiative, and a process- and team-oriented mindset.
• Structured, independent, and precise working style.
• Enjoyment in planning activities, communication, and learning new things.
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel; PSS; Dynamics 365; Power BI).
• Very good German and good English skills (minimum level B1).
• Awareness of workplace safety.
