In this role, you will define and shape our product roadmap, champion continuous improvement, and partner closely with engineering and business teams to deliver impactful solutions by leveraging the extensive knowledge and resources of a leading global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Backlog & Prioritization: Define and maintain the product backlog with clear, prioritized items aligned with product strategy. Write features and detailed acceptance criteria to enable quality work delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Prioritize features based on business value, technical dependencies, and customer impact. Manage technical debt prioritization to balance feature delivery.
• Incident & Problem Management: Lead incident response activities, assess severity, and conduct root cause analysis on critical incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Team Collaboration & Governance: Run daily standups, participate in sprint planning, and ensure alignment of team capacity with product priorities.
• Documentation: Ensure product specifications are documented and maintained.

Qualifications

• Leadership/ Customer Focus: Expertise in customer issue resolution, feedback management, and usability assessment.
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of software architecture, scalability, and system integration, with deep knowledge in M365 and related products.
• Collaboration: Facilitate agile ceremonies and team communication while engaging stakeholders in technical discussions.
• Issue & Change Management: Proficient in ITIL change management and impact assessment.
• Decision-Making: Strong capabilities in prioritization, trade-off analysis, and risk evaluation.
• Backlog Management: Experienced in backlog tracking, metrics analysis, and governance.
