Key Responsibilities

  • Develop competitive, creative, and profitable customer proposals with accurate cost and pricing calculations.
  • Ensure that contracts, offers, and GTAs are high-quality, accurate, and aligned with proposal requirements.
  • Coordinate and document assumptions with Product Management and relevant departments, particularly when deviating from standard processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales to support and conduct negotiations during the proposal phase.
  • Manage the smooth handover of contract details to execution teams following signature.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and partners while demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-mortem analysis and proactive enhancements to tools and processes.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in engineering or business administration with strong financial and commercial knowledge, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the aerospace or a similar industry.
  • MRO and/or engine knowledge is desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Independent, precise, and responsible working style with a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost-awareness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP.
  • Fluent in English (C1); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
