Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Warehouse Workstream in our S/4HANA transformation, ensuring seamless alignment with overall program objectives and timelines.
• Direct the ongoing SAP EWM project, focusing on critical tasks such as test management, cutover preparation, and go-live support.
• Define and maintain warehousing processes to ensure harmonization, standardization, and compliance across our operational sites.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across production, logistics, planning, finance, and compliance for smooth end-to-end process integration.
• Ensure that warehousing activities comply with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
• Encourage knowledge sharing and the implementation of best practices throughout our global warehouse network.
• Support training and change management initiatives to facilitate the successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Background and Skills

• A degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or business administration, with a strong grasp of digitalization in operations.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM, including configuration, process design, and successful implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects through effective stakeholder management and communication.
• Solid experience in the digitalization of warehousing and value chain processes, with exposure to production, maintenance, and quality processes.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills to convert business needs into IT requirements.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Experience in the machinery, manufacturing, or industrial sector is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and conversational German is required.
