Qualifications and Skills

• PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, particularly with a focus on power electronics is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing systems relevant to Power Electronics, Railway, or Renewable Energy.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and simulation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English; German basics are a plus.
