Your Tasks
- Develop and optimize zero-excess (anode-free) lithium metal sulfide-based all-solid-state batteries (ASSBs) for high-energy-density and safe applications.
- Design and investigate current collector and interface engineering strategies, including thin-film surface modifications and protective interlayers to improve lithium plating/stripping reversibility.
- Develop and optimize wet-slurry processing routes for the fabrication of sulfide-based composite cathodes and the manufacturing of multilayer pouch-cell ASSBs.
- Perform comprehensive electrochemical characterization, including cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic cycling, EIS, critical current density, and Coulombic efficiency measurements.
- Publish research findings in high-impact peer-reviewed journals.
- Present results at international conferences and project meetings within the framework of collaborative industrial and academic research projects.
Your Profile
- PhD degree in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Inorganic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with lithium metal and sulfide-based all-solid-state batteries (ASSBs).
- Strong expertise in the assembly, testing, and analysis of coin- and pouch-type ASSB cells.
- Experience with materials and electrochemical characterization techniques.
- Demonstrated scientific publication record in the field of batteries or energy-storage materials.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of spoken and written English.
