Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks that contribute to maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment. Your duties will include:

• Operation of the telephone switchboard
• Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness in the hotel entrance and hall area
• Vacuum cleaning the entrance area
• Washing stone floors
• Vacuuming and washing the floors in all three lifts, along with cleaning the walls, mirrors, and menu boxes
• Vacuum cleaning the reception office and box area, along with emptying waste paper baskets
• Maintaining the tidiness of the cloakroom
• Keeping the garden clean
• Brushing down all upholstered furniture and vacuuming regularly
• Cleaning the fireplace
• Regularly cleaning all lamps
• Maintaining cleanliness of the hotel entrance inside and out, and ensuring it is free of snow in winter
• Keeping the parquet floor of the hall clean, and washing it if necessary
• Emptying ashtrays
• Conducting all rounds and checks according to the established plan
• Collecting breakfast orders from all floors
• Assisting with transporting skis and ski boots from arriving guests to the ski room during winter
• Accompanying guests to the railway station or collecting them from the station as necessary
• Handling luggage collection or drop-off for guests at the railway station
• Ensuring the cleanliness of electric cars
• Responding to and actioning guest requests related to overnight in-room dining and housekeeping
