Your Opportunity

Located in Urdorf (Zurich), Switzerland, our engineering team is at the forefront of next-generation technologies that redefine the digitization and automation of bioprocess development. Key Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements for automation solutions tailored to customer projects and internal applications.
• Create PLC programs with visualization (Siemens S7 / WinCC) while taking total ownership of the process.
• Conduct risk analyses and develop test plans, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
• Carry out parameterization and commissioning of electrical components, including PLC controllers and frequency converters, both in-house and on-site, accompanied by training activities (approximately 10% travel).
• Troubleshoot and deliver exemplary support services.

Ideal Profile

• Candidates should have the legal right to work in Switzerland.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• A robust background in control engineering and PLC programming, supported by relevant project experience, is required; a qualification in automation technology at the FH or HF level is advantageous.
• Proficiency in PLC programming using SCL (STEP 7) and WinCC (Classic and TIA Portal); knowledge of AWL and GRAPH 7 is a plus.
• Exhibit an independent, structured, and responsible work style.
• Experience in bioprocess automation and project management is beneficial.
