Platform Engineer - Devops Engineer

You will be part of the infrastructure department within a dynamic environment that specializes in financial technology. This role is integral to building and operating the infrastructure that supports our digital asset platform, allowing clients to protect, invest, and trade with confidence.

Our team manages the entire lifecycle of production, testing, and development environments. We provide the foundational services that enable engineering teams to build, deliver, and operate solutions reliably at scale. Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that production systems are consistently operating efficiently.
• Support services across production, testing, and development environments, ensuring availability, efficiency, monitoring, alerting, resilience, and on-call support.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of cost-effective, large-scale infrastructure systems, including cloud services, networking, and storage solutions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in operating services, preferably in fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with SRE principles and practices, such as automation, monitoring, and incident management, coupled with a willingness to expand your expertise.
• Hands-on experience with modern DevOps tools (Linux, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Python, YAML, Shell); familiarity with several is advantageous.
• Exposure to DevOps build and testing processes, release management, and product lifecycle management.
• Ability to deploy and operate solutions, integrating them into existing production environments, with guidance from senior team members for more complex tasks.
• Some experience with database management (SQL) and software development, preferably in Go, Java, or Python.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to learn, with a strong focus on targets, collaboration, and results.
