Your Role and Contributions

In this pivotal role, you will actively contribute to the transformation, harmonization, and digitalization of our Planning & Fulfillment processes. Your efforts will enhance planning efficiency, streamline scalable processes, and empower our global teams through structured training and transparency in performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve planning methodologies: Analyze, streamline, and implement Planning & Fulfillment processes focusing on simplification, harmonization, and scalability.
  • Drive transformation: Take ownership during the SAP S/4HANA rollout, from testing through to go-live and support phases.
  • Enhance performance: Design and establish a consistent KPI framework across divisions to bolster transparency and decision-making.
  • Empower colleagues: Create engaging training content and documentation, and deliver impactful training sessions.
  • Manage knowledge: Build and organize a central SharePoint for process guidance, KPIs, training materials, and role descriptions.
  • Foster collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process clarity and system usability.
  • Create enhancements: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and translate feedback into actionable steps.

Your Background

  • A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain execution, preferably within an industrial or project-driven context.
  • A keen curiosity for systems and structure, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA (rollout experience is advantageous).
  • Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive and motivational mindset.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
