Position Overview
Become an integral member of our Commercial Team, working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You will manage the entire customer journey, ensuring effective collaboration from project onboarding to delivery and long-term partnerships. Your role will be essential in maintaining customer confidence while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Journey Ownership: Lead customer engagements, guiding them through each step of our foundry services, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their experience.
- Run Management & Internal Coordination: Track multiple projects simultaneously, acting as the primary contact for customers while ensuring internal teams are aligned and informed.
- Process Building & Continuous Improvement: Develop and optimize internal processes that facilitate scalable customer interactions, establishing best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Customer Portal Ownership: Play a key role in developing and maintaining our customer portal to ensure efficient data sharing, enhancing the customer experience.
- Industry & Relationship Development: Cultivate strong relationships with customer stakeholders, representing the company at tradeshows and conferences to broaden your professional network.
Desired Qualifications
- Educational Background: Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in a relevant technical field; additional business or project management training is a benefit.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years in a technical sales or account management role within semiconductor or photonics environments. A background in foundry or contract manufacturing is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Ability to engage in technical conversations with engineering teams, understanding specific industry terminology and metrics.
- Organization: Excellent organizational abilities, ensuring no detail is overlooked and all information is well-maintained.
- Communication: Strong skills in converting complex information into clear and concise communication for customers.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to effectively work with diverse teams and external partners, successfully bridging gaps and driving initiatives.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating an ability to adapt and contribute positively to ongoing process development.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as German, French, Mandarin, or other Asian languages are a plus.
