Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop a dissertation project comprised of at least three high-quality papers targeting leading academic journals.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

• Master's degree in Management or a related discipline (e.g., Management Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or Economics with a management focus).
• Graduation date not exceeding two years at the time of application.
• Proficiency in German (both spoken and written).
• Demonstrated strong academic performance and research potential.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A proven ability to work both independently and as part of interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Additional skills or experiences that would be advantageous include:

• Knowledge or practical experience with artificial intelligence in business or organizational contexts.
• Previous consulting or industry experience in strategy or management.
