Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimise Search Engine Advertising efforts for various SMG brands.
  • Collaborate across digital marketing channels including Social ads, programmatic, and display, with flexibility to assist in other areas as needed.
  • Drive performance through monitoring, analysis, and recommendations for optimisation and growth, maintaining a strong testing mindset.
  • Challenge the status quo, proactively contribute to process and workflow optimisations.
  • Work with brands to achieve marketing goals and ensure implementation of digital marketing best practices.
  • Engage with various marketing professionals focused on ad product innovation, audience and data strategy, as well as measurement and attribution opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Native German speaker with fluency in English.
  • Over 6 years of experience across diverse digital channels, with a strong emphasis on Paid Search.
  • Proven track record in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Experience with the Google Marketing platform (SA360, DV360, CM360).
  • Hands-on proficiency with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Expertise in feed management tools, particularly with Google Shopping.
  • Proficient in collaborating with various stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and comfort in adapting to priority shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a reliable and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, highly organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
