Position Overview
In this pivotal role within the Consumer Health Business, you will be integral to aligning human resources strategies with business objectives across multiple geographies, including Switzerland, Denmark, Netherlands, Sweden, UK, France, and Germany. Collaborating with business leaders, you will develop HR strategies and lead initiatives that enhance organizational culture and ensure talent availability through strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnering & Strategy:
- Collaborate with leadership and business leaders to align people strategies with overall business goals.
- Develop HR strategies and practices that contribute to business growth and productivity.
- Future-ready Organization:
- Drive productivity improvement initiatives through organizational design and effectiveness.
- Create future-ready organizational structures aligned with business strategies.
- Change Management & Culture Development:
- Lead and manage complex change and transformation programs, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Champion and enhance organizational culture to improve employee experience.
- Talent Strategy:
- Develop and implement talent roadmaps ensuring critical roles are filled and succession planning is in place.
- Identify resourcing strategies that emphasize diversity and inclusion.
- Capability Building:
- Identify capability gaps and collaborate with the Learning & Development Center of Excellence.
- Facilitate career pathways for mid-management and above.
- Facilitation of Organization/BU Priorities:
- Support and deliver on central initiatives for the business unit.
- Provide data-driven insights and HR analytics to influence business decisions.
Advisory Role
- Trusted Advisor to Leaders:
- Coach and consult with leaders on talent management, compensation, and engagement strategies.
- Empower people managers to effectively manage processes and address queries.
- HR Process Excellence:
- Govern and review the continuous development of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Guide people partners on compliance and HR policies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Qualification: MBA or Master’s Degree in Management.
- Minimum Work Experience: 10-15 years in the HR domain, including 5-7 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies in alignment with business goals.
- Experience managing complex change and transformation programs.
