Your Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the Group Legal team in day-to-day tasks, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents.
  • Manage the global trademark portfolio, monitor deadlines, and coordinate trademark filings with external counsel.
  • Assist international group companies with corporate housekeeping, including coordinating documents and resolutions for boards of directors.
  • Maintain template contracts and standard clauses, ensuring continuous updates and proper version control.
  • Participate in the implementation and operation of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, ensuring contract registration and reporting.
  • Contribute to the digitalization of the legal department by implementing, improving, and managing legal-tech tools.
  • Independently manage the NDA process, administer NDA templates, and ensure efficient reviews, along with compliance with internal guidelines.

Your Profile

  • Completed legal training, such as a Paralegal certification, CAS Paralegalism, or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant professional experience in a corporate legal department or a law firm is preferred.
  • Deep familiarity with contract management and general legal processes.
  • Experience with legal-tech tools or CLM systems is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously while reliably meeting deadlines.
  • Full professional proficiency (C-level) in German and English for daily activities in an international environment.
