Your Mission

• Manage customer orders from entry to shipment, including entry into the ERP system, order confirmation, and follow-up in collaboration with the sales network, planning, and other departments.
• Enter and follow up on orders within the ERP system.
• Create and distribute reports and key indicators.
• Monitor order changes, customer credit limits, and financial status.
• In collaboration with the Order Processing Coordinator, manage quarterly and monthly sales forecasts, as well as other reporting such as customer OTD and monthly turnover previews.
• Assist key users in optimizing order processing processes and the ERP system.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or engineering.
• Experience in administration and sales processes, including triangulation activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with sales forecasting and S&OP processes.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a strong asset.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and make decisions with confidence.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to effectively manage priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
• A team player who contributes to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Strong customer focus with a full commitment to delivering high-quality service to stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset that enables logical problem-solving while maintaining close attention to detail.
