Your Role

You will be an integral part of our Gas Turbine Test Facility team in Birr, focusing on ensuring the smooth execution of all site-related support processes. This position entails coordinating procurement, logistics, and facility management activities while providing vital support to our technical and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute operational purchasing activities for materials.
  • Organize and coordinate goods receipt, goods dispatch, and transportation activities.
  • Manage inventory levels and spare parts.
  • Ensure efficient material supply for operations and maintenance.
  • Coordinate external service providers including cleaning, maintenance, waste disposal, and security.
  • Arrange repairs and minor refurbishment projects.
  • Support compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with projects, plant overhauls, and outage activities.
  • Coordinate site-related services and administrative processes.

Your Profile

  • Completed technical vocational training or apprenticeship with several years of professional experience, preferably in logistics or facility management.
  • Experience in an industrial, energy, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Understanding of technical operations and industrial processes.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
  • High level of service orientation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Resilient and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) considered an advantage.
