We are seeking motivated professionals to join our dynamic team located in Zürich, Switzerland, for an engaging full-time office role. This position offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment with a contract that extends until April 30, 2026, with the possibility of further extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Repaper clients with a Tax Claims mandate, managing RaS client documentation for custodians and onboarding & Power of Attorney processes for reclaim clients.
• Set up client needs in internal systems, handling a significant manual workload.
• Prepare, process, and maintain paperwork associated with the accounting cycle, leading to the preparation and filing of tax returns.
• Verify the accuracy of records and documents related to tax reporting and preparation.
• Enhance communication, both written and oral, with all relevant vendors and regulatory agencies.
• Stay informed on changes in tax codes and accounting regulations.
• Conduct research on tax compliance issues at local and national levels.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Solid process knowledge in Tax Reclaim and Relief at Source.
• Understanding of client structures, including Natural Persons and Legal Entities.
• Proficient in administrative tasks, data management, and Excel for information processing.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in tax claims.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
