Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex transfer and investigation cases, ensuring validation and ‘wet signature’ of transfer documents through a thorough 4-eye control process.
• Coordinate essential documents and conduct eligibility checks in collaboration with client advisors, legal teams, and other relevant parties.
• Initiate and oversee transfers while ensuring accurate reconciliation.
• Liaise effectively with transfer agents and counterparty banks to facilitate the transfer process.
• Prepare fund-specific documentation for transfers in cooperation with legal departments.
• Review fund restrictions to verify that clients meet the required conditions.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for daily communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Administer securities settlement static data (SSI) accurately.
• Systematically pursue outstanding information and address overdue transactions.
• Investigate securities discrepancies and reconcile breaks to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve complex client queries through effective internal and external escalations.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in hedge fund migrations is essential.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Prior experience in investment banking and wealth management will be beneficial.
