Your Role

As the driving force behind the marketing strategy for the obesity portfolio across Switzerland, you will engage specialist healthcare professionals and influence the treatment landscape within specialist care settings. This position presents a chance to operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, medical expertise, and patient advocacy in one of healthcare's most vital therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies focused on specialists to drive adoption of obesity treatments across Switzerland.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, prescriber behaviors, and competitive dynamics, translating insights into actionable campaign improvements and field activities.
  • Oversee product launches and specialized advertising campaigns, ensuring strong execution and alignment with Swiss market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Medical, Sales, and Market Access teams to implement product and brand updates, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Prepare forecasts and budgets to optimize sales performance across specialist segments and regions.
  • Develop and implement multichannel marketing strategies, utilizing content analytics for informed decisions across specialist-facing channels.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute participation in key national and international congresses, ensuring strong brand presence and alignment with overall objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic marketing background with a profound commitment to enhancing obesity care in a consumer-driven market.

  • A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Several years of experience in brand marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with OTC or FMCG experience being a plus.
  • Expertise in developing and executing multichannel marketing strategies, with strong capabilities in content planning, analytics, and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities, guiding data-driven decisions.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working alongside Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams.
  • Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
