Your New Role
As a key player in the marketing strategy for the obesity portfolio, you’ll work closely with specialist healthcare professionals to revolutionize treatment approaches in specialized care settings.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing targeted marketing strategies aimed at specialists in Switzerland, fostering adoption within key segments.
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends, prescriber behavior, and competitive activities to enhance campaign effectiveness and field operations.
- Overseeing product launches and specialized advertising campaigns, ensuring comprehensive execution aligned with Swiss market dynamics.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Sales, and Market Access, to implement product and brand updates efficiently.
- Preparing forecasts and budgets to maximize sales performance across specialist segments.
- Developing multichannel marketing strategies by leveraging content analytics to inform channel and content decisions.
- Planning and executing participation in key national and international congresses to bolster brand visibility.

Become part of the Cardiometabolic Marketing team within the Swiss affiliate. This dynamic group is committed to altering the treatment framework for obesity and related metabolic conditions, deftly navigating Switzerland's unique healthcare system.
Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in pharmaceutical marketing and an unwavering passion for enhancing obesity care. Key requirements include:
- A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Several years of brand marketing experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors; experience in OTC or FMCG is advantageous.
- Proficient in creating and executing multichannel marketing strategies with expertise in content planning and digital marketing.
- Adept at analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform data-driven marketing strategies.
- Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration with a history of successful partnership across Sales, Medical, and Market Access teams.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
