Ideal Candidate Profile

The perfect addition to our team will possess the following qualifications:

  • Preferred knowledge of Radisson and familiarity with the Emma PMS system
  • Enthusiastic and a true team player
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • A valid residence and working permit for Switzerland
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays

Main Responsibilities

The role encompasses a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Welcoming and acknowledging all guests in line with company standards; anticipating and addressing service needs with genuine appreciation
  • Processing guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys
  • Managing various payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
  • Handling all check-outs, including resolving late and disputed charges
  • Answering, recording, and processing guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
  • Providing guests with directions and information about the property and local attractions
  • Running daily reports on arrivals and departures, identifying special requests, and ensuring accuracy
  • Completing designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system; balancing and dropping receipts according to accounting procedures
  • Organizing end-of-day tasks to facilitate the night audit process
