An international family based in Zürich is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to provide nurturing care for their baby boy. This role emphasizes the importance of thoughtful, attentive, and education-led care during the formative early childhood years.

Key Requirements

• Arabic Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is essential, and any dialect is welcomed to facilitate the child's everyday use of the language.
• Montessori Principles: Familiarity with or genuine interest in Montessori methodologies, focusing on child-led exploration, independence, and purposeful play.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of verifiable hands-on experience working with infants and toddlers.
• Passion for Child Development: A genuine enthusiasm for fostering child growth and education.
• Curiosity: A commitment to continuous learning and exploration of new ideas related to child development.
• Communication: Open, transparent, and proactive communication style that aligns with the family's values.
• Receptiveness to Feedback: Ability to adapt and engage in a collaborative caregiving environment, valuing feedback from both sides.
