Education, Behavioural Competencies and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing with expertise in troubleshooting methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement credentials.
• Strong GMP and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and statistical tools.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple investigations.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
• Experience with AI technologies for business transformation.
