Education, Behavioural Competencies and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing with expertise in troubleshooting methodologies.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement credentials.
- Strong GMP and regulatory compliance knowledge.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and statistical tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple investigations.
- Project management experience.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
