Your Mission
- Technical Authority: Take full technical responsibility for electromechanical products throughout the development cycle and mass production.
- PCB Design: Create multilayer PCBs optimizing performance while adhering to mechanical and electrical constraints.
- Technical Solutions Development: Develop robust and economically viable solutions based on customer specifications, meeting electrical, thermal, and RF performance requirements.
- Requirements Management: Verify and manage client requirements, translating them into detailed technical specifications while maintaining verification control documents.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including design descriptions, user manuals, test specifications, and manufacturing procedures.
- RF Simulations and Testing: Conduct RF and EMI/EMC simulations to ensure signal integrity and perform validation tests.
- Technical Support and R&D: Participate in defining the R&D roadmap for strategic electronic developments and offer technical support to sales and marketing teams.
- External Relations Management: Interface with clients and suppliers on technical aspects of products, managing discussions related to requirements, non-conformities, and waiver requests.
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback into continuous product and process improvement.
Your Story
- Degree in electronics, mechatronics, or control systems (EPF, HES, Master or equivalent).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in PCB design using Altium Designer and interdisciplinary engineering in demanding applications such as aerospace, scientific instruments, military, etc.
- Proficiency in RF simulation tools (Ansys HFSS, ADS) and RF measurement instruments.
- Knowledge of electromechanical system design and thermal management.
- Experience using National Instruments hardware and LabView.
- Expertise in PCB design with Altium Designer or equivalent.
- Experience designing slip rings.
- Proficiency in multiphysics tools and signal transfer technologies (Ethernet, video).
- Expertise in reliability analysis, thermal design, or vacuum technologies.
- Organized and analytical approach to solving complex problems.
- Flexible and creative in addressing technical changes and challenges.
- Commitment to delivering performance-oriented solutions on time.
- Ability to encourage and mentor team members with clear and inspiring communication of strategies.
- Collaborative attitude with internal and external stakeholders, promoting respectful and direct communication.

- Fluency in English and French.
