Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical systems management related to projects.
- Engage with key project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure engineering requirements are met.
- Familiarize yourself with design and IFC specifications to fully understand project scopes, overseeing coordination processes.
- Ensure site safety and QA management in collaboration with project teams.
- Manage project schedules alongside project managers to align engineering activities with timelines.
- Handle all aspects of your mechanical package, including team management, subcontractor oversight, and material deliveries.
- Maintain adherence to Mercury's policies and procedures on-site.
- Support the quality assurance team to guarantee compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Participate in various meetings to report progress, assess risks, and coordinate efforts among stakeholders.
- Contribute to project documentation and ensure efficient communication and recording of activities.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a recognized mechanical/electrical contracting role.
- Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with engineering-related software and project planning tools such as Primavera and CAD/BIM processes.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Capable of managing workloads effectively and prioritizing tasks.
Desirable Qualities
- Outstanding communication skills.

- Understanding of modularization practices.
