Key Responsibilities

  • Engage actively in the development of commissioning activities within project schedules, collaborating closely with the entire project team to meet all stakeholder requirements.
  • Perform reviews of the IFC design and prepare reports outlining associated risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive commissioning tracking schedules inclusive of all mechanical systems.
  • Attend weekly coordination meetings, contributing valuable insights regarding commissioning and testing activities.
  • Participate in factory witness testing as required.
  • Chair or co-chair weekly commissioning management meetings involving subcontractors and vendors, ensuring timely dissemination of meeting minutes.
  • Review and critique all pertinent technical submissions, vendor scripts, and commissioning-related documents.
  • Monitor the construction-related activities alongside various discipline leads to address potential scope gaps and risks.
  • Coordinate with integration teams to capture synergies across programs and deliverables.
  • Maintain daily diaries and provide weekly reports, ensuring project alignment with established standards and expectations.
  • Lead project handover processes, ensuring compliance with tagging and commissioning requirements.
  • Analyze functional performance logs to validate system performance and oversee quality assurance and control inspections.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a mechanical commissioning role on large-scale industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations, European standards, and industry codes.
  • Proficiency in managing and executing integrated system testing across digital platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational and task prioritization skills to meet project deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to report to management and clients effectively.
  • Competence in creating detailed reports and presentations of the highest standard.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience in managing contractor relationships to ensure adherence to specifications and timelines.
  • A capability for effective delegation and leadership within a team-oriented setting.
  • A commitment to delivering results, alongside strong time management and ambition for career growth.
