Key Responsibilities

• Perform rigging and de-rigging of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines for the engine test run, adhering to the manufacturer's manuals.
• Conduct final engine test runs of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines following the manufacturer's manuals.
• Execute borescope inspections after the test run.
• Troubleshoot issues within the test cell.
• Ensure timely execution and independent self-control of assigned tasks.
• Document activities in accordance with regulations.
• Continuously improve executed processes, focusing on enhancing quality and reducing production costs.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a technical background in engine test cell operations or have completed vocational training in metal/mechanical fields (e.g., polymechanics, machine or automobile mechanics), along with a borescope inspection certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in inspection and maintenance tasks, working independently with precision and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Exhibit solid problem-solving abilities combined with clear and effective communication skills.
• Be comfortable working on a two-shift schedule with a flexible and reliable approach.
• Act as a strong team player, displaying an open-minded and dedicated attitude.
• Maintain a high awareness of safety, quality, and cost efficiency in daily operations.
• Have a good command of MS Office and SAP; proficiency in English at B2 level, with German as an additional asset.
