Your Team:
At our Nyon site, a multicultural environment awaits you, with a dynamic team of 70. You will be part of a synchronized planning team of three, closely collaborating with the Project, Purchasing, Production, and Logistics teams—all based on-site. Our organization fosters both creativity and professional growth, providing opportunities to learn something new every day.
Your Role:
The Master Planner and Scheduler will ensure a structured approach to project timelines and activities:
- Develop daily production schedules and highlight a monthly/yearly vision.
- Assess workflows and perform value stream mapping of products including:
- Ensuring timely ordering and delivery of materials to job sites.
- Researching suppliers and analyzing plans to identify cost and logistics issues.
- Evaluating capacity across various operations to identify potential bottlenecks.
- Oversee inventory levels of products and projects, managing inventory to maintain appropriate levels and monitoring Work In Progress.
- Ensure accountability for delivery dates both internally and externally, coordinating raw material availability and preparing management reports.
- Represent the Planning team by:
- Assisting with job cost analysis and tracking costs and profits along the Value Stream.
- Coordinating with departments and suppliers to make improvement recommendations.
- Creating and updating vendor and product specifications.
- Acting as the liaison for ERP Projects within the company.
Your Qualifications:
- Experience or education in Supply Chain Management (APICS CPIM or equivalent).
- Strong technical understanding of the Planning and Supply Chain challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership and assertiveness.
- High accountability and experience with ERP systems (SAP).
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English (C2 level).
Additional Assets:
- Green Belt in Lean Management.
- Experience in Automotive, MedTech, or Aerotech sectors (No background in Pet Food or consumer goods).
