We are seeking an exceptional candidate at the senior level to contribute to the development of high-performance miniature circuit breakers. The role encompasses pre-studies, planning, evaluation, and the enhancement of key product features, drawing upon a broad technical engineering knowledge base.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks within cross-functional teams to investigate challenges, develop innovative solutions, and formulate recommendations while serving as a lead engineer or project manager.
• Analyze both technical and business dimensions of proposed solutions to facilitate informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Strong technical knowledge in the following areas:
  • Mechanical and electrical systems of low voltage products.
  • Design of mechanical and electrical interfaces.
  • Design of plastic and metallic parts.
  • Manual and automated assembly processes for low voltage components.
• Proficient understanding of Project Management methodologies with a proven track record.
• Experience collaborating with global suppliers, manufacturing, and engineering resources.
• Comprehensive understanding of design for manufacturing and assembly principles.
• Proficient in CAD software, preferably Solidworks, coupled with strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project).
• Fluency in both German and English, with exceptional communication capabilities.
• High degree of self-motivation, quick learning ability, and a results-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
• At least 6 years of professional experience in the relevant field.
