Role Overview
We seek a Marketing Manager for our AI Solutions to shape and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for our AI-enabled autonomy and logistics automation offerings. This multifaceted role encompasses strategic B2B marketing, technical communication, content creation, digital marketing, website management, brand oversight, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have the skill to simplify complex topics related to autonomy and AI into engaging and informative communications for our audience, which includes customers, partners, investors, media, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing & Market Positioning:
- Define and implement the marketing strategy for AI-enabled autonomy solutions in alignment with company objectives and target segments.
- Position Embotech as an industry leader by developing clear, differentiated messaging.
- Communicate complex subjects related to AI and autonomous driving in an accessible manner.
- Lead thought leadership initiatives by identifying relevant topics and collaborating with internal experts.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to pinpoint communication opportunities and key messages.
- Content, Brand & Digital Presence:
- Manage and enhance Embotech’s B2B social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Create diverse content for various platforms, including written, visual, and digital formats.
- Oversee and enhance the quality and structure of Embotech’s website.
- Maintain consistent branding across all channels and materials.
- Commercial Marketing, Events & Performance:
- Plan and coordinate B2B industry events, ensuring thorough project management.
- Track marketing KPIs and implement strategies for quality content delivery and engagement improvements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in strategic B2B marketing, including developing marketing strategies and defining target audiences.
- Strong knowledge of AI-enabled autonomy, autonomous driving, or related fields.
- Background in a rapidly growing technology environment with a collaborative approach toward marketing and product development.
- Proficient in translating complex topics into engaging communications.
- Hands-on experience in B2B content marketing and digital communication.
- Exceptional English copywriting, editing skills, and attention to detail; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Experience managing LinkedIn and similar platforms, focusing on content strategy and community engagement.
- Familiarity with marketing and content creation tools, including image and video editing software.
- Experience in website content management, ideally using Webflow.
- Historic involvement in producing marketing materials and coordinating events.
- Confidence in engaging with technical experts and executives.
- Strong project management abilities with a structured, proactive approach to work.
