As part of our Strategy, Risk & Transactions Advisory practice, we are committed to helping clients tackle global challenges through informed decision-making and innovative solutions.

Your Engagement Will Involve:

• Technology Due Diligence: Lead assessments of technology landscapes, applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, operating models, and technology spend to identify deal-relevant risks and opportunities.
• Technology Strategy and Value Creation: Advise clients on technology strategy, the impact of AI, operating model design, and value creation opportunities throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Technology Integrations and Carve-outs: Oversee technology integration and separation planning, ensuring Day 1 readiness, TSA considerations, target-state design, and execution roadmaps.
• Technology Cost and Synergy Analysis: Evaluate technology costs, investment requirements, synergies, and execution complexity while collaborating closely with financial and commercial deal teams.
• Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, private equity investors, and technology leaders, leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Ideal Candidates Will Possess:

• An entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for solving complex business and technology challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to translate technology topics into executive-level business insights.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university.
• A minimum of 7 years in relevant fields such as M&A, technology strategy, technology transformation, or transaction advisory.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, a curiosity for emerging technologies (especially AI), and fluency in English. Proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.

Engagements will provide exposure to substantial transactions that position technology as a critical factor in value determination and execution success. By working with diverse teams, you will help clients navigate intricate technology decisions while developing specialized knowledge at the intersection of technology and M&A.
