Your Role and Responsibilities

In this dynamic position, you will be instrumental in the logistics and kit production for clinical trial studies. The successful candidate will:

• Assemble and pack tubes, sampling instructions, and other materials for clinical trial kits according to laboratory protocols and project manager instructions.
• Package completed test kits along with required documentation and ancillary materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify the supervisor when supplies are low to prevent delays in study start-up or resupply.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all processes align with company standards.
• Prepare packages for shipping and arrange transportation of kits to investigators via postal or courier services.
• Coordinate the return of samples from investigators using appropriate postal or courier services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Manage relationships with internal departments and external courier/postal companies.
• Support other areas of the company as directed by the line manager.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation

The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $20 to $30.
