Your Responsibilities
- Disassemble and assemble engines (LEAP series, PW1100) in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Perform inspections and checks on engines and engine parts.
- Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition.
- Ensure timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
- Document activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
- Conduct internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and implement defined actions in a timely manner.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent).
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
- Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA part 145/ part 66.
- Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Able to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and responsibly.
- Open-minded and dedicated team player.
- High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and possess SAP experience.
- English language proficiency (minimum level B1); knowledge of German would be an advantage.
