Your Responsibilities

• Continuously identify and mitigate non-value-added activities as well as safety, environmental, and health hazards within designated areas through active participation in go-look-learn/waste walks.
• Engage in improvement activities, projects, or workshops including:
  • 5S activities (workshops, audits, daily activities)
  • Standardization activities (process documentation, standard work definition)
  • Problem solving (root cause analysis investigations)
  • Value stream mapping (workshops, action implementation)
• Facilitate best practice sharing and implementation across business areas by collecting and disseminating standards, improvement results, and best practices to the CI Manager and other CI Specialists.
• Conduct theoretical and practical training, coaching, and communication of standard lean CI tools and methodologies. This includes:
  • Weekly communication of CI-related updates.
  • Providing guidance on the practical use of lean tools/methodologies.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in quality, process, or industrial engineering; a degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics is advantageous.
• Lean CI qualification: Green Belt (or equivalent) required; Black Belt preferred.
• Proven track record in project management; certification is a plus.
• Experience: 2+ years in Lean CI, 2+ years in process management, and 1+ year in project management as a project lead.
• Background: 1+ year in a production or manufacturing environment; MRO experience is a plus.
• Languages: Proficient in English (B2/C1) and German (C1 mandatory).
• A strong facilitation and training mindset is advantageous, especially in running workshops and coaching teams.
