Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the production strategy, including planning, prioritizing, and scoping.
• Collaborate with product engineers and producers to plan and implement new game developments.
• Draft specifications for new game features and technologies in consultation with the team.
• Coordinate testing processes for software engineers and artists, leading an iterative development cycle.
• Stay informed on market trends and engage with the fan base effectively.
• Provide expert responses to product-related inquiries regarding gameplay, usability, user interface, and more.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, even under pressure.
• Experience in successfully designing products that have been brought to market.
• Proficiency in German and English, with at least a B2 level in communication and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience within the video game industry.
• A proven track record of successful game design.
