• Lead and inspire architectural teams.
• Manage complex building projects of all scales throughout all planning and execution phases.
• Act as a role model and mentor for younger architects.
• Represent the architectural discipline in highly interdisciplinary and complex projects.
• Develop and strengthen your expertise in pharmaceutical and biotech facility design.
• Work within a highly professional and globally operating organization.
• Shape some of the world's most advanced pharmaceutical facilities and help improve the lives of patients around the world.

Show Your Expertise

• Master's degree in Architecture with approximately 10 years of professional experience, ideally within the Swiss architectural, engineering, or planning environment.
• Proven experience in the design and delivery of facilities for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries is a strong asset.
• Ability to translate complex project requirements into compelling architectural concepts and communicate them effectively throughout all project phases.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss standards, regulations, and approval processes.
• Fluency in German and a strong command of English; French is considered an advantage.
• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for interdisciplinary project work.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland for project-related assignments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand client perspectives, anticipate needs, and build trust through expertise and empathy.
• Charismatic personality with a passion for architecture, the confidence to lead projects, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships.
