Your responsibilities will encompass all tasks within service phases 1 to 5, in accordance with SIA standards.

Show Your Expertise

• Master's degree in Architecture with approximately 10 years of professional experience, ideally within the Swiss architectural or planning environment.
• Proven track record in designing facilities for the pharmaceutical and biotech industries is a strong asset.
• Ability to translate complex project requirements into compelling visual concepts, tailored to each project phase and communicated with clarity and impact.
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss standards, regulatory frameworks, and approval processes.
• Proficient in CAD and BIM tools, especially Revit.
• Fluency in German and solid command of English; French is considered a plus.
• Recognized as a team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for interdisciplinary work.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland for project-related assignments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand client perspectives, anticipate needs, and build trust through expertise and empathy.
• A charismatic presence and passion for architecture, combined with the confidence to lead projects and cultivate long-term client relationships.
